After the QuickMove app and HR platform with several online features for your mobility projects (KPI, employee satisfaction surveys, reporting, budget estimate, invoicing etc.) we decided to go one step further in the digitalization of our services with convergo platform.

Based on the desire to bring together all the players in the international mobility arena, the platform is at the crossroads between marketplace and selective sourcing of service providers:

  • A marketplace which gives access to a large panel of international service providers (movers and relocation services);
  • Selective sourcing because its access is subject to being compliant with strict quality criteria.

The platform allows to quickly and reliably select the most suitable service providers for your mobility projects, based on real-time price updates.
Based on an algorithm, the calculation tool searches for the best combination of moving and relocation service providers according to your price budgets and quality criteria.

Convergo platform will provide a neutral comparison between several quotations to our internal mobility specialists. 

The MRS mobility specialist will then evaluate the proposals, challenge them and negotiate with the service providers the initial quotation. In this way the human touch remains at the heart of our system, where contacts with the service providers are preserved and full control on operations maintained.
